Increase on the Demands for Appraisals Management Companies

Since the new HVCC laws have been implemented in the real estate appraisal industry, the demand for appraisals management companies have dramatically increased. This also led into the increase of demand for appraisers that these companies need as they often receive more appraisal orders from banks and lenders. Before appraisers doubt to work with AMCs because of the negative things they have experienced with them. Nonetheless not all companies gained bad reputation during these times. The companies will usually contact the appraiser personally and this is done in order for them to find out if the appraiser is going to take the job.
