AJ`s Investment Blog for Real Estate

My boss and I looked at three office spaces today. The first was nice, but not quite big enough. The second was in a less than favorable location. But the third, it was just right. I was so happy when my boss signed the lease agreement on the spot. With this new phoenix office warehouse space, he can finally expand his business like he has been wanting to do. On our way back to the office, he told me he had some good news for me. He would not tell me what it is, only that I would find out at the next staff meeting. I am so curious!
