My mate who has his own building company has just finished his two latest new construction show homes so I went and had a look at them the other day and I must say that they are very impressive. He started off building spec homes a couple of years back and found that they worked really for him in terms of producing business and I’m sure these latest ones will do the same because they look absolutely brilliant. I have always said to him that I will get him to build my new home but that is still a couple of years away at this stage.
